Join me for a gentle, grounding outdoor yoga session as the sun begins to set over the beautiful green of Shamrock Avenue. This community connection event is an open invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect — to your body, breath, and the people around you.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is for everyone.
