4 Week PILATES CORE STRENGTH – LIVE CLASS
What to expect: A 40 minute PILATES CORE STRENGTH class via ZOOM
Build CORE Strength and Stability, A full body workout based on Pilates principles.
Equipment needed:
Mini Loop band, pair of dumbbells, yoga mat
Who is it suited to?
Suited to ALL fitness levels as modifications are provided.
Pilates Core Strength – We work with the mini loop band and dumbbells
Workouts are based on Pilates principles combining strength training & deep abdominal work.
Sculpt and tone while improving Core Strength.
Learn to connect to core and breath for a deeper more activating workout.
This class is dynamic and strengthening, combining major components of fitness – balance, flexibility, coordination, muscular strength and endurance. You will strengthen the core muscles that support a healthy spine.
Commencing – Friday 7th March at 6:45AM
Initial commitment – 4 week block, Class will run every Friday at 6:45AM
The recording will be available to access for 1 week after.
