4 Week FEM Sculpt & Abs – LIVE CLASS

What to expect:  A 35 minute FEM Sculpt & Abs  class via ZOOM

Build CORE Strength and Stability, A full body workout based on Pilates principles.

Equipment needed:

Mini Loop band, pair of dumbbells, yoga mat

Who is it suited to?

Suited to ALL fitness levels as modifications are provided.

FEM Sculpt & Abs– We work with the mini loop band and dumbbells 

Workouts are based on Pilates principles combining strength training & deep abdominal work.

Sculpt and tone while improving Core Strength.

Learn to connect to core and breath for a deeper more activating workout.

This class is dynamic and strengthening, combining major components of fitness – balance, flexibility, coordination, muscular strength and endurance. You will strengthen the core muscles that support a healthy spine.

Commencing – Monday 10th June at 6:45AM

A 4 week block, Class will run every Monday at 6:45AM

Class will be available to access after recording up until the next class (6 days)

Please complete PARQ ahead of attending class online – available on website

You will receive an email with a  ZOOM link which you will use to access the class each week.
