‘As the seasons change, so too does our yoga style.’
As the seasons turn, nature reminds us of the beauty of change. Autumn asks us to release what we no longer need, just as the trees let go of their leaves. Winter then invites us to slow down, reflect, and restore, offering a time of deep nourishment and inner listening.
Our yoga practice follows these natural rhythms. Where summer may call for fire, flow, and expansion, autumn and winter encourage us to soften, ground, and conserve energy. The style of yoga we embrace during this season is slower, more mindful, and deeply restorative. Movements are intentional, breath becomes our anchor, and stillness allows us to connect more deeply with ourselves.
This is a time for gentle flows, grounding postures, meditation, and restorative practices that balance the nervous system and nurture body, mind, and spirit.
It’s not about doing more — it’s about being more present. By aligning our practice with the cycles of nature, we find harmony, balance, and resilience through the darker months.
