Meet Jenny

My Background

 

Jenny has been working in health and fitness for nearly a decade. Her passion lies in health and wellness having overcome burnout herself. 
 
She has a background in the corporate world having working in a group head office for a FTSE100 company for 3 years before transitioning to a career in teaching alongside establishing her own fitness business. Jenny has evolved her business to incorporate yoga, breath & mindfulness having undertaken various trainings overseas and completing her 500HR yoga training. 
 
Her aim is to help all her clients to restore balance in body and mind through Yoga, Breath, Meditation, Movement, Cacao & Connection to self and others. 
 
Her business Mind Body Connect provides a range of Yoga & fitness classes, workshops, experiences and retreats in the Cavan, Meath, Monaghan Louth regions.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops for employees are generally 1-2 hours and work best in person

PROGRAMMES

Programmes are tailor made and run weekly.

E.g. A  6 week Yoga, Breath & Mindfulness for stress management programme for 45 minutes or 1 hour. 

RETREATS 

Jenny can organise 1/2 day, ONE day or Weekend retreats
